A practical way to collect skin concern details.

These notes explain what BizTech Prime collects, how it flags risk, and how the report should be used.

1. Intake

Collect pet type, age, body area, duration, symptom flags, notes, and up to three images. Encourage close-up and wider context photos.

2. Triage

Separate severe signs from moderate symptoms. Route to monitor, vet soon, or urgent vet while avoiding diagnosis language.

3. Report

Create a concise report with possible categories, urgency, owner notes, and safety reminders.

Safety policy

Do not provide prescription advice, emergency replacement, or final diagnosis. Escalate eye involvement, severe pain, bleeding, swelling, lethargy, and appetite loss.
